Boys Industrial Building

Located on the north side of Central School it was a place to teach young men work skills to take out into the world. One skill was printing. There was an old manual printing press still there after the school closed. Drawers full of letters and numbers of various type and size were also there. This was a two story building with the typical shop class fixtures. It was accessible from the Central School's third floor connecting hallway was added sometime after the school opened around 1930. Nathaniel Gould was the architect who did the design of the Central School, and the breezeway connecting it to the Boys' Industrial School. A barbershop was added on the second floor front of the Boys' Industrial Building at some point as well. A fire escape was on the building's north side.
