Description

The Starlight Motel was built in 1950 by the King Brothers from Aurora. In 1990, it is the Starlight Building located on the west side of Route 47, north of Cross Street, and south of the Illini Motel. It was located at 69 Sugar Lane, Sugar Grove, Illinois.

Workers at the restaurant in the 1950s were Dolly Gossage , Cherry Johnson, Arlie Risihel [?], Nina Bradley, and Gladys Munson.

A second story was added, and the building was later converted into apartments.
