Located near the the Main Entrance this was the home of the school's superintendent. It was separated from the rest of the school by a band trees and was built in the same area of the Teachers' Home and the Clinical Director's Residence. It was extremely lavish and much criticism was voiced over its excess. There was an article in the newspaper that described a home with a price tag of $50,000. It had 8 bathrooms. The superintendent snacked on skinned dates at a cost of $1.50 a pound and was chauffeured around town in a $5000 car. His salary at the time was $7500 a year.
