This was built in 1926 at a cost of $230,000, and was also known as the "Teacherage." It had 54 rooms and was home to the 155 assistants who cared for 671 children at the school. It was a very large and tall building with it own unique design. It was two stories tall with a full basement, and it had an extremely large attic. It was separated from the rest of the complex by a creek and a line of trees. However it was very close to Central School, Assembly Hall, and the Administration Building.
